Human Resource Management Concentration Signature Course

Managing Diversity
Learn how businesses that incorporate the Hispanic culture manage key human resource issues such as human resource management, organizational development and change, and management and personnel problems. You will have an opportunity to explore how language and culture affect the development of human resource best practices, and you can gain perspective on how ethical action is shaped in a multicultural and international workplace environment.
