Gloria Flores has over 26 years of management, human resources, supervisory, accounting, and administration development experience. She is certified in Total Quality Management and Continuous Quality Improvement as well as in basic and advanced facilitation. She has worked for several nonprofit and for-profit organizations and finds the field of leadership, management, human development, and organizational change extremely interesting, complex, challenging, and rewarding. Currently, Flores is teaching both online and on campus at several universities.
