James M. Pulido, Ph.D.

Special education, bilingual education, deaf education, international education

Dr. James Pulido currently teaches at The National Hispanic University as professor in the online Master of Arts in Education program. He is also a university research reviewer and doctoral studies mentor for Walden University, where he has served on several dissertation committees, both as chair and methodologist, since 2006. Dr. Pulido has also taught courses in qualitative and quantitative research methodology. In addition, he has trained general education teachers in the basic legal and practical aspects of special education at San Diego State University, as well as how to identify special needs children in their classrooms and how to best support their learning.
