Background
Dr. Williams spent 35 years working in California public schools as a teacher and administrator. She developed curriculum, planned and administered an after school tutoring program and a mathematics laboratory for underperforming students. She has managed a computer laboratory, organized science fairs, wrote grants, and planned and presented in-services to colleagues. She taught courses in the education program at the University of San Francisco and Brandman University. She has presented at conferences in California and England, and published articles in the journal Thurst for educational leadership. She joined National Hispanic University's faculty in 2012 and teaches courses in curriculum development, differentiated instruction and research in education.
