Edirle Menezes

Edirle Menezes started working at NHU as an adjunct faculty in Fall 2004 and has been a full-time faculty at NHU since Fall 2005.

In 2004, Professor Menezes received her doctorate degree in Child Development from Clark University, Massachusetts. Teaching and research in child development have been her passion since 1998 when Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, Brazil, awarded her a Master’s degree in cognitive development. In 1995, Dr. Menezes earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Dr. Menezes’ current focus is on early childhood education and care. In 2005, she had the opportunity to help creating NHU curricula in Early Childhood Education.
