Political Science and Public Affairs
Public policy shapes our society and impacts the Latino experience in the United States. With this concentration, you can gain an understanding for how public policy is made and administered and explore social justice as it relates to Latino politics and other societal groups.
The coursework includes an overview of global social justice with a focus on U.S. Latinos and Latin America. You can also explore research methods, review the fundamentals of American government, and study the specifics of Latinos and the law.
