General Admission Policies
and Procedures
NHU selects students on the basis
of educational preparation, intellectual
capacity and motivation. Candidates for
admission should show evidence that they are
academically prepared to study in programs they
select, and that they possess the interest and
motivation to pursue studies at this University.
Admission is based on the
probability for successful study in the chosen
program at The National Hispanic University.
Grade point average, degrees, diplomas and/or
certificates, completion of program,
Pre-requisites and one letter of recommendation
are used to determine the potential for success.
To protect NHU's academic
standards, the University reserves the right to
deny admission to any student who does not meet
the minimum admissions requirements.
