Buy - Back and Selling Policy                                                              

The Business Students' Organization will buy-back textbooks from students and re-sell them under the following conditions:

1. The Bookstore will only purchase textbooks that will be used in the upcoming module.

2. Books must be in sellable condition.  (If you wouldn’t buy it for yourself, don’t sell it to the University)

3. Vouchers (not cash) will be issued.

4. Vouchers may be used for future NHU Eagle Bookstore purchases, or you can submit the voucher and the amount will be credited to your account at the Bursar's Office.

5. Books will be purchased at 40% of the list price and sold at 75% of the list price.

6. List price is determined by the new list prices at SJSU Spartan bookstore, Campusi.com, or Amazon.com.

7. All net proceeds will go to create and maintain the Business Students’ Organization Scholarship Fund.

8. Available used book inventory is dependent upon the degree of participation of student sellers.

9. All sales to students are subject to State and Local sales taxes.
