The National Hispanic University Eagle Bookstore Refund Policy       

Textbooks for the Semester term may be returned for a full refund within one week of purchase or from the first scheduled class meeting. Textbooks for classes with a late starting time are eligible for a full refund up to one week from the first scheduled meeting of the class.  New books must be returned in “new” condition; sealed books/packages must still be in original shrink-wrap. Opened packages are eligible for return, provided all original components are included and CD’s are still sealed, and in “new” condition. Custom Coursepacks are not eligible for return if original shrink-wrap has been opened.  Book Packs with CD-ROM that use passwords are not eligible for return.  Any books opened and written on will be bought back at used book price.

All textbook refund requests must be accompanied by the original receipt and photo ID to receive cash back, also must show proof of class cancellation or dropped course. No exceptions.

Non-Textbook Merchandise refund or exchange may be made within 7 days of purchase if still in new condition, and accompanied with original receipt; other exclusions may apply such as special orders.  No exceptions.
