NHU expects its financial aid staff to always maintain exemplary standards of professional conduct in all aspects of carrying out their responsibilities. Read our Code of Conduct for Financial Aid Professionals.

If you have questions or issues that NHU cannot resolve, you can contact the U.S. Department of Education's ombudsman at 1-877-557-2575. An ombudsman will informally review your problem and suggest solutions from a neutral and independent point of view.
