María de Cárdenas
María de Cárdenas has worked 17
years with the Cacique organization. Currently she is Chief Communications
Executive and is responsible for branding, advertising, marketing
and public relations efforts.
Most recently, she works closely with the CaciqueFoundation,
created strictly for philanthropic initiatives on behalf of the de Cárdenas
family and the Cacique. The non-profit organizations that she has directly
affected through her regional programs include Children’s Hospital
Los Angeles, City of Hope, American Diabetes Association, Las Isabelas
Breast Cancer Support Group, The Bay Area Health Trust, El Hogar del
Niño, Sequoia Community Health Foundation and The Buenaventura
Foundation.

Noel Montoya
Noel Montoya, co-founder of Super Mercado México,
knows from experience that the Hispanic communities of the Bay
Area and Fresno have a distinct shopping need, and make a special commitment
to bringing the traditional flavors of Latin America to the tables
of their customers.
Super Mercado México strives to be an active part of the community. The
stores provide employment to people from the local community and contribute
to nearby schools, churches, community organizations and others. Super
Mercado Mexico is proud to work hand-in-hand with the communities it
serves.

Lou Sobh
Lou Sobh started his career in automobile sales on 1967 as a car salesman.
Today, Lou Sobh Automotive is the largest minority-owned business
in the State of Georgia and one of the 20 largest Hispanic-owned businesses
in the United States. Lou Sobh is one of the most respected
names in automobile sales in the nation with more than 15 automotive
dealerships in five states and more than 800 employees.
Lou Sobh Automotive continues to play an active role in the communities
it serves by sponsoring local elementary schools and high schools, the
Gwinnett Hospital Fund, and the Hispanic Scholarship Fund.

Michael Walker
Michael Walker is Market President of U.S. Bank in Northern California,
responsible for operations in the San Francisco Bay Area and leadership
of the Northern California commercial banking teams.
Walker is a veteran of the financial services industry, with more
than 25 years of experience in commercial, corporate and investment
banking. His background includes a 23 year career with JP Morgan
Chase and its predecessor institutions, Chase Manhattan, Chemical Securities,
Inc., and Manufacturers Hanover Trust, where he was responsible
for corporate finance origination activities in the firm's San Francisco
office.
He is currently a member of the advisory board for The Navigator Group,
LLC, a San Francisco-based mezzanine and private equity firm, and serves
on the board of MediaOne Services, a media and communications company
in San Francisco.
